• A changing space out of view of guests that is accessible to the pool by rolling cart  - this can be a changing room, bathroom, or other private space. 
• A reserved parking space for the performer(s), this is helpful especially if larger set ups are booked for unloading and loading. 
• Illness and hypothermia caused by water and cold exposure are serious, real, risks, to mermaids and water performers. As such, we follow national guidelines on pool heating requirements for worker safety. It is the sole responsibility of a client to ensure that the pool is sufficiently heated. Pool temperature must be heated to at least 88 degrees per US Swim Standards during daytime hours for performer and guest safety and 92 degrees at night. Please note that if a pool is not sufficiently heated then the mermaid may refuse to swim, enter the water, or put ANY portion of their costume or body in the water and no refund, discount, credit, compensation, or reschedule will be given, regardless of excuse or reason.

 We recommend a ratio of 1 mermaid performer : 10 guests. If you have more guests then please note that the performer may not be able to be heard by all in-water guests in a loud, pool-based, environment. As a result, if you have more than 10 children in attendance then not all children will be able to participate in group activities and games. We want to ensure that all guests have a magical and wonderful experience. 

Amaze your guests with one of our stunning mermaids to swim in the pool at your party, wedding reception, or brand launch. The mermaids start the first third of their time at your event staying dry (to keep their hair and makeup its best) for photos on deck with your guests before transferring to the water to alternate swimming in the pool and posing on deck for photos. Our mermaids are talented in moving to any genre of music while sitting next to the pool, similar to a club dancer would. Special show requests are available upon planning.
